Until further notice, we offer free shipping on all residential products within the lower 48 states of the US. Shipping costs for commercial products and shipping to other locations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
All orders may be canceled until the day your item(s) have been shipped. Simply respond to your email confirmation letting us know that you require an order cancelation. Once the item is shipped the order is considered fulfilled and all other conditions apply. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
Sorry, we do not ship anywhere outside the United States other than the places stated herein. Contact us for shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii as this will require special processing. You will be responsible for taxes and duties upon delivery. For Canadian orders, we will ship to a US-based freight forwarder of your choice.
