Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return you must comply with the following:

  • Product must be in like new condition, unused, in its original packaging.
  • Request for a return must be processed within 30 days of receipt.
  • The customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping.
  • All orders are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

To request a return, please email returns@mobilityangel.com with the following information:

  • Order number 
  • Date of receipt
  • Reason for the return request
  • Any other helpful information or photography of the item

DAMAGES:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and notify us immediately. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@mobilityangel.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:

All orders may be canceled until the day your item(s) have been shipped. Simply respond to your email confirmation letting us know that you require an order cancelation. Once the item is shipped the order is considered fulfilled and all other conditions apply. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well. 

Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. 

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
