Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping Promotion:

Until further notice, we offer free shipping on all residential products within the lower 48 states of the US. Shipping costs for commercial products and shipping to other locations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Your order will be shipped within the lead time posted on the product page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Most orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS. Some items may require additional shipping and handling fees, which will be clearly marked on our website. Upon processing your order within two days we will proceed to process your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@mobilityangel.com

Order Cancellations

All orders may be canceled until the day your item(s) have been shipped. Simply respond to your email confirmation letting us know that you require an order cancelation. Once the item is shipped the order is considered fulfilled and all other conditions apply. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

International Orders:

Sorry, we do not ship anywhere outside the United States other than the places stated herein. Contact us for shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii as this will require special processing. You will be responsible for taxes and duties upon delivery. For Canadian orders, we will ship to a US-based freight forwarder of your choice. You will be responsible for all duties and tariffs on Canadian shipments.

We do not ship to any other countries.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return you must comply with the following:

  • Product must be in like new condition, unused, in its original packaging.
  • Request for a return must be processed within 30 days of receipt.
  • The customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping.
  • All orders are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

How to Request A Return:

To request a return, please email returns@mobilityangel.com with the following information:

  • Order number 
  • Date of receipt
  • Reason for the return request
  • Any other helpful information or photography of the item

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and notify us immediately. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@mobilityangel.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
