1. Can I turn my wheelchair on or turn off with the remote control?

No. The wheelchair’s power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair.

2. Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?

Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.

3.Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?

Yes. The 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

4. Can I operate my wheelchair with the backrest in the reclined position?

The wheelchair will still operate if the backrest is reclined. However, we do not recommend moving your wheelchair while reclined as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries.

5. I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair?

Yes. The IQ-9000 wheelchair can operate like a manual wheelchair. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode.

6. Does my remote control come paired with my chair?

Yes. The remote control comes paired with your chair. If your remote loses its pairing, please watch a video tutorial on how to pair your remote. 7. Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing?

Yes. To remove the beeping noise, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display. Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back.

8. Does the armrest raise?

Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push you chair closer to a table

9. How do I charge the battery?

The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet.

10. Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?

Yes. The controller will be setup on the right side of the wheelchair, but it can be easily moved to the left side.

11. Does my wheelchair come with a warranty?

Yes, The IQ-9000 wheelchair comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.

12. Can I use my wheelchair on dirt and grass?

Yes. The IQ-9000 can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease.

13. Where can I find the serial number of my wheelchair?

The serial number can be found in three places, on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the box the wheelchair was shipped in.

Shipping	Once you receive order confirmation by email it takes us 1-2 business day(s) to prepare your order and you'll be notified via email with a tracking number as well as a phone call from your order concierge.
Delivery	Delivery is estimated to take between 3-6 business days depending on your location and the day of the week.

Until further notice, we offer free shipping on all residential products within the lower 48 states of the US. Shipping costs for commercial products and shipping to other locations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Your order will be shipped within the lead time posted on the product page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Most orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS. Some items may require additional shipping and handling fees, which will be clearly marked on our website. Upon processing your order within two days we will proceed to process your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. Order Cancellations

All orders may be canceled until the day your item(s) have been shipped. Simply respond to your email confirmation letting us know that you require an order cancelation. Once the item is shipped the order is considered fulfilled and all other conditions apply. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

International Orders:

Sorry, we do not ship anywhere outside the United States other than the places stated herein. Contact us for shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii as this will require special processing. You will be responsible for taxes and duties upon delivery. For Canadian orders, we will ship to a US-based freight forwarder of your choice. You will be responsible for all duties and tariffs on Canadian shipments.

We do not ship to any other countries.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return you must comply with the following:

Product must be in like new condition, unused, in its original packaging.
Request for a return must be processed within 30 days of receipt.
The customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping.
All orders are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
