Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the wheelchair carefully as soon as it is delivered.

Keeping the original box, protective materials, accessories, charger, basket, documentation, and other included components is recommended until the inspection has been completed.
Return Policy
You may request a return within two days of delivery without providing a reason.
After the initial two-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The wheelchair must be:
- In new and unused condition
- Free from signs of wear or use
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all included accessories and components
- Returned with items such as the charger, basket, manuals, and other contents of the original package
Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as returns.
Original delivery fees, including next-day delivery, overnight shipping, expedited shipping, and other service fees, are nonrefundable.
Return Authorization Process
A Return Authorization, also known as an RA, must be requested from MobilityAngel.com within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
After the RA is issued:
- Ship the product to the return address listed on the RA.
- The return must be shipped within 10 days of the RA issue date.
- The product will be inspected after it is received.
- The inspection will check for damage, missing components, and signs of use.
Depending on the condition of the returned wheelchair, a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 25% of the selling price may apply.
Products showing signs of use are not eligible for a refund.
If a returned item is determined to be ineligible for return, ZiiROBOT will contact the customer and arrange for the item to be shipped back to the customer’s preferred address. The customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
When a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, or nonrefundable service charges.
